2. Hosting and server logs

This website is a static site delivered via a content delivery network. The hosting provider processes IP address, date and time, requested page, browser and operating system in server logs for security and operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). 3. Cookies and consent

By default this site sets no cookies other than a local setting that remembers your cookie choice. With your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) we use Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and Microsoft Clarity to understand how the site is used. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing site data in your browser; the notice will appear again.

4. Contact form and email

The enquiry form is processed by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which forwards your entries to contactus@acousticailab.com. We process name, company, role, work email, phone (optional), location, topic, industry and message to respond to your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Data is kept for the duration of the enquiry and, where a project follows, for the duration of the business relationship and statutory retention periods. No newsletter, no sharing with third parties for marketing.

5. Calendar booking and WhatsApp

Discovery calls are booked via [TO CONFIRM: Calendly / Google Calendar], which processes your name, email and chosen time under its own privacy policy. Messages sent via WhatsApp Business are processed by WhatsApp (Meta) under its terms; please do not send confidential process data via WhatsApp.

6. Fonts and external links

Fonts (Poppins, Inter; SIL Open Font License) are self-hosted on this website, so no font requests are sent to third parties. Links to LinkedIn, Google Scholar, ORCID and GitHub lead to third-party sites with their own privacy policies.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR), and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, for example the Thuringian Data Protection Commissioner (TLfDI).

8. Visitors from India

For visitors in India, we process personal data in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 to the extent applicable. Contact details as above.
